| Commitment To Quality |

Santa Fe owes much of its success to our focus and dedication to quality, and is firmly committed to the ISO and FAIM standards, which are an integrated part of the company's ongoing strategic plan. We are recognized as the industry leader in terms of our investment and commitment to quality systems across all service areas. FAIM "FIDI Accredited International Mover" (FAIM) is the only quality standard specifically designed for the Relocations Industry. FAIM is independently administered by Ernst & Young and requires strict adherence to operational, financial and procedural standards that reflect the unique business environment of the Relocation industry. Santa Fe is proud to say that it was the first company in Asia to be FAIM certified. ISO9001 Santa Fe first obtained ISO9001 accreditation in September 1996 and our commitment to the ISO continuous improvement process continues to this day. ISO9001 is the foundation and building block of our day to day operations. The ISO9001 procedures clearly outline the responsibilities of our employees and builds accountability into the work process flows across all of the Santa Fe Group offices. ISO14001 Santa Fe is committed to the environment. All offices are trained in accordance with ISO 14001 standards and environmental friendly policies are established and enforced throughout. ISO27001 Information security, risk management and personal data protection are some of the most spoken about compliance issues today. Santa Fe has adopted the IS027001 information security management standards to meet regulatory and customer compliance requirements. Santa Fe's Hong Kong office was awarded the ISO/IEC 27001:2005 Certification in February of 2008 and is the first company in our industry in Asia to achieve this standard. Our group strategy is to roll out the 27001 certification across the Santa Fe Group before the end of 2010. |
