As an accomplished and seasoned Snr HR Partner with a passion to lead, inspire and develop others her focus has been over the past 2 years on helping Google build for Africa and to showcase the rich talent we have across the continent.

Phil Renshaw

Visiting Fellow at Cranfield University

Dr Phil Renshaw lived and worked internationally including as treasurer and FD in a global IT business. He shifted focus to leadership development in 2008. His PhD was on the organisational value of international assignments. As co-author of Coaching On the Go he draws attention to the positive impact of leaders-who-coach when working remotely and cross border.
