Tell us about yourself

I am Charlotte, mother of a 7 years old daughter, based in Aix en Provence area. I love travelling, getting to meet people, new cultures & languages. Pretty dynamic person, I like the challenges & thinking out of the box!

It is a Group of talented people taking care of their client’s relocation needs & providing innovation to make it as easy as possible.

What do you do at work?
I am Head of Move for France.

Why did you choose Santa Fe?
I am very much attached to the family spirit we have within the team. Also I love the international context & challenges involved

Why did we choose you?
Because I always try to “make it easy”

What is your greatest achievement at work?
Getting people together, understand each other & create best solution as a team. Facilitating the processes in a general manner.

What is your greatest achievement in life?
Giving birth to my little one.

What or who inspires you in your life and at work?
At work : my boss, who is always looking for improvement & thinking out of the box. In life, anyone who would prove humanity and open-mindedness.

What is the best thing about working at Santa Fe?
There is no routine ! The international environment is very much changing, we need to be reactive & agile. This makes it very stimulating!

What is the best thing about our horse?
We run and jump over obstacles as a horse!

What is the best advice you can give to people?
Keep being open minded.

What would you do in the event of a zombie apocalypse?
I would take all my friends, family & colleagues to a shelter, protect them, and then prepare the best strategy together to kick them out!

There are now 25 hours in a day, how would you spend the extra hour?
The extra hour would be for my family and friends.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
I would go to the Brazilian Carnival!
