Tell us about yourself?
I like to think of myself as one of the only delightfully pessimistic people you will ever meet.

Tell us about Santa Fe?
Santa Fe is a dynamic ever-evolving company where people work together to ensure each evolution Santa Fe goes through is beneficial.

What do you do at work?
I’m a Global Mobility Consultant based in Houston (US).

Why did you choose Santa Fe?
Pokemon Trainer was not a viable career. Also, the wealth of knowledge that I could potentially gain drew me to Santa Fe.

Why did we choose you?
My keen eye for data, strong teamwork skills, and I’d like to think my sense of humour factored in somewhere.

What is your greatest achievement at work?
Being able to create a successful career without having to hide my sexual orientation.

What is your greatest achievement in life?
Finding my own self-worth and starting my life over on my own

What or who inspires you in your life and at work?
My mom. She is who I attribute my work ethic to and is one of the strongest, most fearless, and most dedicated people that I know.

What is the best thing about working at Santa Fe?
They are flexible, compassionate, and allow me to speak my mind no matter what it is about or who I am speaking my mind to.

What is the best thing about our horse?
It’s a very memorable brand. Before I even knew about Santa Fe, I had already seen the logo.

What is the best advice you can give to people?
Hear people when they speak to you, not just listen. You never know what someone else is going through and you may, by hearing them, be the first person to truly understand them.

What would you do in the event of a zombie apocalypse?
Clarification on this is needed. Are they the running zombies or the shambling ones? If shambling, I’d escape out to a ranch in the hills of Texas where the populations is scarce. If they are kind that run however…. I probably cant say what I’d do on here.

There are now 25 hours in a day, how would you spend the extra hour?
I’d spend it for sleeping!

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
Spain hands down. It’s definitely for all the gorgeous views…. No ulterior motives here.

How did you find this interview?
Interesting getting to know more of my colleagues, but absolutely terrifying answering all of these questions on video!

Santa Fe sincerely thanks Joseph for contributing to this initiative and for sharing her story with us!
