Tell us about yourself?
I’m Maxime, 29 and I’ve been at Santa Fe for 7 years now. I’m passionate about travels, food and drinks. Living my life as simple as I can. As one of my favourite person said “My favourite things in life don’t cost any money. It’s really clear that the most precious resource we all have is time”.

Tell us about Santa Fe?
Santa Fe is not just a company, but most importantly a way of living. I believe in it and want to go further with this entity.

What do you do at work?
I work in sales department as Sales Office Coordinator, establishing quotes and being the link between sales and operations.

Why did you choose Santa Fe?
I’m not sure that I have chosen Santa Fe, but Santa Fe chose me. Maybe it’s better to ask my manager.

Why did we choose you?
Maybe for my analytical and structural approach to this job. I am open minded and always keen to listen.

What is your greatest achievement at work?
The spirit created between my colleagues is a great achievement. Hope to keep this going on.

What is your greatest achievement in life?
The relationship that I can have with my family and my friends. Personal and work environment is really important for me.

What or who inspires you in your life and at work?
Steve Jobs is my inspiration.

What is the best thing about working at Santa Fe?
The spirit of a global company, with local management.

What is the best thing about our horse?
he strength, agility and loyalty that a horse can represent.

What is the best advice you can give to people?
Do not change for anyone and be proud of who you are.

What would you do in the event of a zombie apocalypse?
Protect my family and friends in order to save them (even if it would cost my life).

There are now 25 hours in a day, how would you spend the extra hour?
Travelling more and learning more about others.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
Anywhere is everywhere.
