Immigration update : France | New platform now launched for transnational posting declarations

A new, simplified version of the SIPSI platform was launched for transnational posting declarations on 16th July 2019

Who will be affected?
Employers declaring transnational postings of workers to France.

Background:

Further to our update dated 4 July 2019, the new SIPSI (Information System International provision of the transmission of posting declarations and attestations) platform has now been released by the French Ministry of Labour. It replaced the old online version on Tuesday, 16 July 2019.
SIPSI is the official platform to declare transnational postings of workers to the French authorities, as per EU and national legislations on workers in France with foreign work contracts.

Impact:
Existing data on accounts and previous declarations has normally been migrated to the new platform, allowing employers to retrieve the information stored under the old version.

The new platform offers multilingual access, less duplication of typing, and special access for clients in France and French representatives.

Next Steps (or) Actions Required:
The new version is the only one available to post declarations now, and a dedicated email address has been set up to answer client’s questions on this new platform: dgt.declaration-psi@travail.gouv.fr
We recommend to use Firefox or Chrome to access the new version as it seems the platform is optimized for these browsers.
