With over 120 years expertise in Global Mobility and relocation, our well-established company strides into 2020 with a new leadership team taking us forward. Therefore, to welcome our customers and partners into the new year, we take a look at CEO Yann Blandy & deputy CEO Runar Nilsen’s exciting plans for the future.

Yann Blandy – more from the person leading us forward

Change can be a great thing. And as of September 2019, Yann’s taken the helm to push Santa Fe Relocation forward and further develop the strengths that it has become known for: Global Mobility expertise, global reach, quality and longevity.

With a passion for keeping people and digital transformation at the forefront of all company development, his ambitious plans will guarantee our customers everything they’ve come to love about us, as well as new ways of delivering excellent value and quality service.

Yann focuses on communication. From his honest and open approach to business, to his international experience in leadership roles, his vision for the company is to build on its brand strength and successes, finding new ways of meeting customer needs in this fast-paced global industry. Attracted to Santa Fe Relocation by its potential to be even better, Yann brings a refreshed and targeted focus on improving the efficiency of our international operations, capitalising on our regional and local expertise to keep delivering exceptional relocation experiences to all our customers.

A refocused growth strategy

It’s not just our 1,800 team members that gives us the knowledge and power to deliver premium solutions. Our strength lies in the ability to be on the ground in so many international locations and this is something Yann feels passionately about. This continued global presence will remain at the centre of Santa Fe’s promise to provide a seamless one-stop solution based on real local knowledge, insight and reliable operations.

Most recently, we have been evolving our U.S. strategy, going forward we will no longer focus on corporate sales. We are developing a more focused Corporate plan, shifting to a service centre and partnership approach and investing in the growth of our U.S. consumer business.

So, what’s next?

Key to this plan is the continued attention on supporting and developing the international team of experts at the heart of our company whilst also accelerating growth. Through premium service and a renewed commitment to investing in industry-leading technology, Yann and his team will continue to build lasting partnerships with customers around the globe.

Keeping customers at the centre of everything we do, we promise to always deliver exceptional services for HR and global mobility professionals and their relocating employees from Moving, to Immigration and Destination services, through to Relocation Assignment management. And thanks to the move into the private market, our time can be solely focused on meeting the needs of our corporate and individual customers.

With Yann leading the business and Deputy CEO Runar Nilsen overseeing the transformation, we are excited for the future growth plans and development our ever-evolving company.
