A spotlight on Santa Fe Hong Kong–Temporary quarantine accommodation and quarantine kit to give assignees peace of mind

The global pandemic continues to affect mobility and poses ongoing challenges for companies relocating their employees. With the situation still evolving, with quarantine restrictions still in place in many countries, the challenges will continue for the foreseeable future. Against this backdrop, over the past few months our teams across the globe have come up with some innovative ways to continue to support our clients and their relocating employees.

Here in Hong Kong our Santa Fe team have arranged specially designed arrival support services to maximise the safety and comfort of relocating individuals and families. Our services cover all the necessary support from pre-arrival briefing calls to arrival assistance, from providing up-to-date on the ground information, ensuring realistic move time lines to creating overall peace of mind.

Since all inbound travellers arriving in Hong Kong are required to adhere to a 14-day quarantine period, we have also supported with:

  • Providing the assignees with a quarantine kit including some basic supplies and a few home comforts.
  • Making reservations in qualified self-quarantine serviced apartments / hotels
  • Conducting  home search surveys virtually.
