MYXpats Centre’s Notice of Closure for 2019 Eid Fitri (Hari Raya Aidilfitri)
MYXpats Centre will be closed on Wednesday, 5 June 2019 and Thursday, 6 June 2019 for Hari Raya Aidilfitri. They will resume work on Friday, 7 June 2019.
Who will be affected?
All Malaysian companies that submit applications through the Expatriate Services Division (ESD).
In observance of public holidays associated with the upcoming Hari Raya Aidilfitiri, the MYXpats Centre will be closed on Wednesday, 5 June 2019 and Thursday, 6 June 2019 for Hari Raya Aidilfitri. They will resume work on Friday, 7 June 2019.
Impact on the Employment Pass and Related Passes Endorsement Process
Passes requiring endorsement should be submitted by Thursday, 30 May 2019 before 12pm in order to receive the duly endorsed passports by Monday, 3 June 2019.
Impact on the Resident Pass – Talent Endorsement Process
Resident Pass – Talent (RP-T) requiring endorsement should be submitted by Wednesday, 29 May 2019 before 12pm in order to receive the duly endorsed passports by Tuesday, 4 June 2019.
Passport submission after the above cut-off dates and time will be processed on Friday, 7 June 2019 onwards.
Impact on ESD System and RP-T Online System
The ESD System and RP-T Online System can still be accessed during this period however, please expect delays in the processing time during this festive season.
