Although we are the youngest region in the Santa Fe Group, we are experts in Relocation and Assignment Management and have been moving people within the US and throughout the Americas for decades.
Where are we located?
Most of our US employees work in either our Danbury, Connecticut office or Houston, Texas office. We also have remote team members located around the rest of the country from East to West coasts.
What is our regional team’s combined years of mobility experience?
Our team has over 357 years of combined mobility experience!
Some of our team members have been in the industry for 20+ years and a number of team members have corporate HR experience.
Where have our US team members lived other than in the US?
We have lived in Bolivia, Chile, Dominican Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Mexico, Pakistan, Peru, Portugal, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates and United Kingdom.
Most team members have also lived in multiple US states and they are certainly well traveled. This global sensibility and knowledge gives us an enormous advantage when working with our clients.
What languages do our US team members speak?
In addition to English, other languages spoken proficiently on our US team include German, Gujarati, Hindi, Portuguese, Spanish, Sinhala (Sri Lankan) and Urdu.
What about the US team leadership?
Betsy Welch is the CEO for Santa Fe Americas and 70% of our Americas Leadership team is female as well. The Leadership team has decades of both Relocation Management Company and Corporate HR experience.
