Maxine Brown joined Santa Fe in April 2019 as International Compensation and Payroll Manager and is part of the Compensation and Payroll team, based in the UK.

Maxine has over 18 years of managing and implementing international payroll and compensation for large international companies/clients, both through payroll providers and inhouse. She is passionate about developing people and process improvements and the potential outcome of the change, she has significant experience within the global mobility arena across multiple geographies with a proven ability to deliver results within complex, fast-paced environments. Her ability to drive change in a positive way by identifying gaps and challenges and finding innovative solutions that are aligned with the business needs while ensuring delivery of cost savings for the company as well as employee satisfaction.

Maxine is currently managing and coordinating aspects of the global mobility international assignments, including compensation, benefits, expatriate payroll, payroll taxes, BIK and year-end reporting.
