Kevan Hawley

Expatriate Preparation is run by Kevan Hawley who himself worked as an international assignee for South African Breweries. It is a Global Workforce Development company with 24 years of experience in grooming global mindsets within company cultures and within employees who play in the international / multinational space. He attended the University of the Witwatersrand where he graduated with a B.Sc in Biochemistry and has a Masters Degree in Business Leadership. His dissertation for his Masters degree in Business Leadership was entitled "Key Success Factors for Expatriate Management in Africa".
