  • After filling in the claim form, submit the supporting documentation (repair estimates, photographs of damaged items, third party replacement estimates of all items).

With a shipment protection plan, your electrical items are covered if they arrive at your destination and no longer work. Even if the damage isn’t immediately visible, we’ll still cover it. Please note that this does not extend to motor vehicles, boats and trailers, or items more than six years old.
