Santa Fe’s team in Indonesia managed the transport of a Cessna aircraft, an MD80 engine, dismantled aircraft sections, and multiple consignments of aircraft parts. These high-value, oversized assets required tailored solutions, from crane-assisted lifting and low-bed haulage to reinforced packing and heat fumigation. Timelines were fixed to maintenance schedules, leaving no margin for error.
The team oversaw every stage, from dismantling to final delivery. This included securing export and import clearances, coordinating with aviation authorities, and executing time-critical domestic airfreight. This resulted in all consignments arriving on schedule, damage-free, and fully compliant with local and international aviation regulations.
