Our Global Mobility Survey (GMS) reports
Over the past decade, Santa Fe Relocation has collaborated with Savanta, a leading B2B research organisation to produce a Global Mobility Survey report. The Report was created to enable HR and Global Mobility teams to identify areas of their Global Mobility programmes that required transformation and using the data and insights, engage their leadership to effect change. In the last five years our GMS report has won seven Global Mobility Awards. You can view our annual reports below.
2022/23 GMS series — Reshaping Global Mobility part three
This report Sustainable mobility — measure, collaborate and educate, reports on progress made by Global Mobility (GM) teams looking to balance the need to mobilise talent on a cross-border basis with becoming more sustainable and aligned with their organisation’s broader ESG principles.
The report is based on research between February and March 2023, with GM, senior ESG and procurement leaders sharing their insights on their progress and the alignment of their organisation’s ESG strategy with their GM programme. In parallel, we conducted an open online survey to add further dimension and quantitative data—to assess progress with policy and other ESG supply chain interventions.
