Our Global Mobility Survey (GMS) reports
Over the past decade, Santa Fe Relocation has collaborated with Savanta, a leading B2B research organisation to produce a Global Mobility Survey report. The Report was created to enable HR and Global Mobility teams to identify areas of their Global Mobility programmes that required transformation and using the data and insights, engage their leadership to effect change. In the last five years our GMS report has won seven Global Mobility Awards. You can view our annual reports below.
This report builds on part one and focuses on Talent: virtual, hybrid and in-person — what really works?
The report is based on interviews between December 2021 and September 2022, with GM and senior talent leaders who shared their insights on the performance of their employees’ undertaking international assignments during the pandemic. The researchers identified five international assignment models and descriptions of the main variants of moves.
