Santa Fe’s team in Thailand managed a large-scale international school renovation project between 2023 and 2024, delivered in several tightly scheduled stages. The scope covered delivery, installation, temporary storage and redelivery of more than 3000 CBM of furniture and equipment.
The team coordinated every stage, from handling oversized items and navigating restricted school site access to carefully sequencing deliveries in line with construction phases. Strict deadlines and seasonal timing meant there was no margin for error. Every item was delivered, installed and made operational on time, enabling the school to reopen smoothly at the start of term.
