Held at the Royal Lancaster Hotel in London on 20 and 21 October, the 2025 EMEA Summit brought together senior HR and Global Mobility leaders from across the region to discuss the future of talent mobility, compliance, sustainability, and the growing influence of AI in shaping operational models.
The agenda featured panels and workshops on shifting assignment strategies, workforce agility, and sustainable practices. Sessions also examined how technology and data are redefining efficiency and experience in Global Mobility. Santa Fe’s Head of Consulting Services, John Rason, led an Expert Insight session on Taking Care of Global Mobility Professionals 2025, focusing on how AI and automation can optimise operations while keeping people at the centre of mobility.
