Corporate Immigration — Singapore: New EP eService Replacing EP Online Portal

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has launched a new EP eService replacing EP Online. All EP and S pass transactions are now available through the new EP eService (formerly EP Online).

Who will be affected?

The following updates will affect all EP Online users.

Santa Fe will be amending the contact email address tagged to our respective authorised users to our centralised email ID. You may expect to receive an email notification from MOM on the changes. No actions will be required from you.

Background

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) introduced the myMOM portal back in Jul 2021 where some of the services are transacted through myMOM and some via the old portal EP Online.

Impact

Effective 22 May 2023, all EP Online users may log into myMOM Portal to access the following transactions:

• Apply for EP, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Training Employment Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, or Letter of Consent
• Renew an EP, S Pass, Dependant’s Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass, or Letter of Consent
• Issue a pass (for all pass types, except Work Permit)
• Cancel a pass (for all pass types, except Work Permit)
• Appeal for rejected EP and related applications
• Withdraw an application
• Cancel an in-principle approval (IPA)
• Replace work pass card

The MOM has also added new features for users convenience:

• Extend an IPA validity
• View the pass holder’s profile where you can
  • update pass holder’s passport, contact details
  • view card delivery status
• Manage the organisation’s profile
  • to update turnover and contact details
  • to view the S Pass quota

The launch of EP eService replacing EP Online is intended to provide an improved digital experience and to be a more user-friendly and intuitive tool for users. You may refer to MOM’s user guide for more information. With only one portal (myMOM) for all applications, the transactions will be more seamless.
