The session Thriving, not just surviving: the global assignment experience brings together experts from both organisations to examine the pressures employees face throughout an international assignment and the practical steps HR and Global Mobility teams can take to create a more supportive experience.
Speakers include Oliver Roberts, Head of Partnerships at Country Navigator, Fruzsina Hodson, Senior Manager Destination Services at Santa Fe Relocation, and Dan Green, Senior Culture Coach at Country Navigator. They will discuss the emotional and cultural demands of relocation, the impact on families, the early adjustment phase, and the return stage that often disrupts employee confidence and stability.

Fruzsina leads global destination services delivery at Santa Fe, working with regional teams and partners to support relocating employees at key points in their move. Her background spans service delivery, supplier governance and complex cross-border assignments. She works closely with clients and industry groups and contributes regularly to webinars and events.
Dan Green — Senior Culture Coach, Country Navigator
Dan specialises in cross-cultural communication and has supported global teams across Europe and the Middle East for more than a decade. His work focuses on helping employees adapt to new cultures and build confidence in unfamiliar settings. He has worked with a wide range of organisations and brings practical experience in cultural intelligence development.
