Festive Fun — Just as we always look for fresh ideas to make Global Mobility easy, we always look for new ways to capture the spirit of the festive season and the culture we’ve shaped at Santa Fe. This year we borrowed a page from a classic Christmas pantomime, Cinderella. We couldn’t convince our Board to take to the stage, so we created the next best thing and illustrated them into our festive story. Each symbol in the scene reflects an aspect of how Santa Fe helps people to work, live and thrive in new places.

Meet the cast (from left to right):

Samuel Mergui, our CEO, carries the lantern. He appears just behind the group, which reflects how steady leadership often works, giving others space to step forward. In the pantomime, light helps Cinderella find her way. In mobility, the lantern represents clarity, the reassurance people need when they’re moving across borders, careers and lives.

Greg Renouf, Group CFO, holds the compass. In the story, Cinderella’s journey depends on direction, not just magic. For Santa Fe, the compass symbolises guidance and consistency, helping people move with confidence and remain on course through every stage of their relocation.

Olivier Jourdan, our CCO, stands at the centre with the wand. The Fairy Godparent brings everything together at the right moment, shaping what could feel uncertain into something manageable. For Santa Fe, the wand represents coordination and partnership, turning complexity into a clear, supported process for our clients and customers.

Adam Sloan, CHRO, brings the scroll. In Cinderella, the royal announcement sets everything in motion. For Santa Fe, the scroll reflects structure, care and preparedness, the foundation that helps relocating employees rebuild their lives and settle with confidence.

Ernesto Colom, Group COO, holds the enchanted snowflake. In pantomime, magic appears effortless. In Global Mobility, precision is what makes the experience feel smooth. The snowflake represents the operational detail and reliability that support every move, from planning to delivery.

We had fun with this scene, but the message is sincere. This year, millions of people have taken life-changing steps to live or work somewhere new. We’re proud to support them, and we’re grateful for the trust of our clients, customers, partners and colleagues around the world.
