Taking care of tomorrow’s Global Mobility leaders
Inspiring future talent — A dynamic and engaged group of postgraduate students took part in Santa Fe Relocation’s latest Taking Care of Global Mobility Masterclass at Regent’s University London. Held on 3 November, the session explored the evolving nature of Global Mobility and the importance of preparing future leaders for cross-border workforce management.
Presented by John Rason, Head of Consulting, and Michele Longley, Senior Consultant, the Masterclass covered the full Taking Care series: the organisation, the planet, talent, and Global Mobility professionals, including insights from our recent collaboration with Dino Jangra (Crowe UK) and Benjamin Oghene (The Cozm), Taking Care of Global Mobility Professionals – Optimising GM operations: AI, automation and technology.
For the first time, Global Mobility was formally included in Regent’s International Staff and Client Management module, a milestone in bridging academic learning with real-world industry practice.
Dr. Vicky Haji-Ghassemi, MSc, PhD, Senior Lecturer in Management, Human Resources and Organisations, commented, “It was a fantastic talk, very interesting and covered the whole Global Mobility continuum, with lots of practical examples and anecdotes.”
Santa Fe’s ongoing collaboration with Regent’s University reflects our commitment to sharing research, developing future talent and connecting academia with business.
