Are you ready for the upcoming changes to Employment Pass eligibility in Singapore?

The Ministry of Manpower (MOM) has announced that Employment Pass (EP) applications will be accessed using the new Complementarity Assessment Framework (COMPASS) starting from 1 September 2023.

COMPASS was introduced as a more transparent system, giving businesses more clarity and predictability for manpower planning. It also ensures Singapore remains open to the complementary talent that is in short supply here and enables Singapore to grow its frontier industries and bring its economy to the next stage of growth.
