EU Settlement scheme

+ EU nationals who wish to work, study and live in the UK after 1st January 2021 will need to apply

+ From 1st July 2021, EU workers who work/ study and live in the UK will need to hold a valid pre-settled/settled status or qualify under a different route

Frontier worker permits

+ Frontier workers are EU, EEA or Swiss citizens who are employed or self employed in the UK, but live elsewhere

+ From 1st July 2021, EU workers will need to hold a valid frontier worker permit, as well as their valid EU passport or national identity card to enter the UK as a frontier worker

Business visits

+ EU Nationals may qualify as Business Visitors

Koshi joined Santa Fe in May 2019 as the UK Head of Immigration and is a senior immigration solicitor (admitted to the roll in 1999) with over 20 years’ experience in immigration matters (consisting of corporate, company and private immigration). She has worked with and continue to work with major corporate clients and businesses, across various sectors, including shipping, gas and oil, medical, pharmaceutical, finance, providing a first class and dedicated, tailored, personal service. In addition to being an immigration solicitor, she also OISC accredited. Koshi also assists with Australian and US immigration matters.

Mukta Varsani

UK Senior Immigration Consultant at Santa Fe Relocation

Mukta is a senior solicitor specialised in Immigration Law and has been providing corporate and private immigration services across all sectors for over 15 years. She is specialised in UK business Immigration law, assisting employers with all aspects of employee immigration from sponsorship to achieving and maintaining compliance. Mukta aims to always provide a tailored approach to meet and in most cases, exceed all clients' expectations and find the best solutions to their complicated immigration matters.

Alexandra Demeure

Immigration Manager Western Region (France & Benelux) at Santa Fe Relocation

Alexandra joined Santa Fe in 2012. She set-up and developed the immigration team and business in France, and gradually held regional responsibilities for Santa Fe. She previously worked in a solicitor’s office in Dublin, Republic of Ireland, that was specialised in immigration law. Alexandra has a global view of the immigration challenges, but also a deep-dive expertise of the local processes and technicalities.
Alexandra is a frequent speaker at client events, she holds a master’s degree in Law and she is fluent in French and English.

Irene Martin

Immigration Director, Southern Europe at Santa Fe Relocation

Irene joined Santa Fe in 2013 and has over 10 years of experience in corporate immigration. She held responsibilities in the areas of client service management for international and expatriate assignments, operations and leadership. Irene currently leads the immigration country teams in Italy, Spain and Portugal managing international assignments, overseeing service delivery and management across the Southern Europe region.
Irene previously worked for the Immigration Authorities in Spain and is knowledgeable on immigration practices, regulations and law, and their applicability to different Organisms. She is a qualified Solicitor, holds a master’s degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, and is fluent in Spanish and English.

Claudia McDaniel

Team Lead Immigration at Santa Fe Relocation

Claudia lived and worked abroad for over ten years in the United States. She obtained her apprenticeship as a Hospitality Specialist and continued her education with the Bachelor programme at the University of Maryland.
After returning to Germany Claudia started her career in Global Mobility and joined Santa Fe Relocation Germany as Global Mobility Consultant. She was part of the Destination Service Provider Team and serviced worldwide assignments for key accounts. Part of her daily activity was to support expatriates relocate around the world and manage their relocation services in close collaboration with Human Resource departments. In February 2019 Claudia was promoted Senior Global Mobility Consultant responsible for managing key accounts services. Claudia joined the Immigration Department in April 2020.
