Santa Fe’s recommendation

Early document collection: We recommend advising your Afghan employees to begin collecting the required documents early in the application process. This proactive step can help prevent delays and ensure that all necessary paperwork is in order when it’s time to submit the application.

Attestation and aerification: Encourage your employees to promptly obtain attested or certified true copies of their educational certificates and relationship documents from the Embassy of The Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Malaysia or the nearest Malaysian Embassy to Afghanistan.

Preparation of these documents in advance can help avoid last-minute complications.

Documentation retention: Ensure your employees know that the submitted documents will be retained and not returned. Therefore, we advise them to retain copies of all essential documents for their personal records.
