Tell us about yourself?
I’m French and living in the suburb of Paris. I’m 42 years old and I have been working at Santa Fe for almost 3 years now.
My main hobbies are sports, music, arts and riding my motorbike.

Tell us about Santa Fe?
Santa Fe is global company helping people to move from one place to another, making it easy and stress-less.
To do this, Santa Fe has wonderful employees from around the world completely dedicated to the well-being of our customers.
Santa Fe makes me travel everyday working with Asia in the morning and with Americas in the afternoon.
The mix of culture we have make me grow each day.

What do you do at work?
I’m Credit Manager, my main role is to optimise the incoming cash flow. To do so, I work closely with all members of the company.

Why did you choose Santa Fe?
When I came back to France after 3 years spent in Ireland. I was seeking for a company with a global foot-print which would give me the opportunity to keep speaking in English day long. When I heard about Santa Fe, I felt like it was the good place for this.

Why did we choose you?

I would say I was the good person at the right moment. I’ve been all along my career working for international companies and I’ve strong skills in credit management. I’m open minded and always motived to achieve the most difficult challenges. And perfection is not enough for me.

What is your greatest achievement at work?
My greatest achievement at work would be the synergy created around the cash flow which has helped me to get the best results for Santa Fe France.

My motto is ‘Unity is strength’, when there is teamwork and collaboration, wonderful things can be achieved.

What is your greatest achievement in life?
Without any hesitations my children are my greatest achievement. I’m proud of them and they are my strength making me happy every day.

What or who inspires you in your life and at work?
In my life I would say my grandparents who worked very hard to bring a lot of comfort in the life of our family.
At work I would say my CFO because his management skills help me grow professionally every day.

What is the best thing about working at Santa Fe?
For me working at Santa is a guarantee to work for a open-minded company which gives me the opportunity to travel.

What is the best thing about our horse?
Our horse is fastest ever, never tired and nothing can stop it.

What is the best advice you can give to people?
Enjoy your life… you have only one.

What would you do in the event of a zombie apocalypse?
I think, I would cry a lot first and then do what needs to be done to survive.

There are now 25 hours in a day, how would you spend the extra hour?
Ride my motorbike while I listening to music under the sun of our Parisian countryside.

If you could travel anywhere, where would you go?
I love the Japanese culture and Japan is my next trip I’m planning.

How did you find this interview?
Fun and interesting thanks to ask.
