Neil is a commercially astute and forward looking business professional and change champion. He has twenty years of experience in the blue chip FMCG companies of Unilever, Mars, and Pepsico, and two major UK service organizations (British Gas and Heathrow Airport). Marty is a seasoned Tax Manager. She has worked with companies in the Financial Services, Retail, Mining, Manufacturing and Automotive industries to name but a few. Her areas of specialization are : Tax Compliance of High net worth Individuals and Expatriates, Tax Consulting on Global Employment, PAYE Reviews and Due Diligences. At present, Marty is an extension of the team at Santa Fe Relocation.

Terence Rover

Immigration Manager - South Africa, Santa Fe Relocation

Terence graduated with a Law degree (LLB) from the University of Pretoria in 2010 and was admitted as an Attorney by the High Court of South Africa in 2011. In his early career, Terence specialised in litigation on all immigration related matters. Currently he specializes in Immigration Compliance and Consulting services for emerging markets to multinational companies overseeing the end to end lifecycle of the immigration process.
Terence’s primary role is to manage and co-ordinate all Immigration matters in South Africa and throughout Africa. He ensures the highest level of compliance, integrity, accuracy and customer service to all relocating assignees in the active region.

Vishen Pillay (Moderator)

After completing his internship as a Clinical Psychologist, Vishen ventured into the corporate world to develop a career in Human Resources. Over the last decade, he has worked within the HR industry in various roles and industries. His background in Psychology, Communication and Business make him adaptable and personable. Vishen’s areas of specialization includes Global Mobility, Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnership, and he believes strongly in nurturing and developing mutually beneficial relationships.
