In order to better understand the perspectives of industry GM and senior talent leaders on their current and future investment in international relocation, Santa Fe commissioned Dr Phil Renshaw and Dr Jenny Robinson PhD to conduct research over a nine month period between December 2021 and September 2022.
The webinar explored the value of international assignments based on new research and lessons learned from the pandemic. The study considers the following question: Is relocation worth it, or do modern technologies and agile work methods diminish our appetite for traditional international assignments?
The report launched in December 2022 was based on twenty interviews with GM and senior talent/CHRO leaders who shared their insights on the performance of their employees’ undertaking international assignments during the pandemic. This webinar focus on the talent, knowledge transfer and performance perspectives of deploying talent for international work arrangements.
