John Rason

Group Head of Consulting at Santa Fe Relocation

Recognized as a thought leader and speaker on strategic international HR, talent management and Global Mobility and author of Santa Fe Relocation’s award winning annual Global Mobility Survey. John now works with global organizations to transform their Global Mobility programs; focusing on aligning strategic objectives with operational delivery. John has been an FCIPD for 20 years and holds an MA in Managing Human Resources.

David Carmichael

Director, Global Mobility COE at CGI

David Carmichael is an experienced Global Mobility professional of many years standing having worked in the profession for over 25 years. David is the Director, Global Mobility at CGI , the Canadian HQ’d Information Technology and Consulting corporation. Prior to joining CGI, David worked as a service provider with two leading consulting firms and before that was based in the Sinai Desert, Egypt for five years as the Expatriate Manager for a multinational peace keeping organisation. In his spare time, David is a keen triathlete and cyclist.

Doug Rogers

International Mobility and Relocation Manager, Michelin NA

Doug is currently the International Mobility & Domestic Relocation Manager for Michelin N.A., Inc. He has been in the role two and a half years, having worked for Michelin over the last 20 years. He is multilingual and has diverse experiences with the company which also include Marketing and Logistics, as well as work on Michelin's BFGoodrich brand and Michelin's mapping products/travel guides. He’s well-traveled, having studied abroad in France; and he’s an ardent foodie, photographer, and grower of Bonsai trees in his spare time.

Cassi Bauer

Global Director of Employee Mobility at Oceaneering

Cassi Bauer is the Global Director of Employee Mobility for Oceaneering in Houston, Texas. Prior to joining Oceaneering, Cassi was Global Director of Global Mobility at Chicago Bridge and Iron, and has held positions at WorleyParsons and Weatherford – the latter being a transformational role. Cassi has significant experience with mobility, related to assignments and global tax compliance. She is well-versed in leading teams responsible for deploying crews and mobilizing domestic and third party contingent worker forces.
